Ingredients

  • 8 oz cold water can use ice cubes
  • 1/2 large banana
  • 1/3 cup soy protein
  • 1/2 Tbsp flaxseed oil
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 Tbsp apple juice concentrate or honey
  • 1 tsp psyllium seed husks
  • non-fat yogurt optional choice to thicken the smoothie

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender
  • Mix to desired consistency
  • Add non-fat yogurt for a thicker blend
