Pasta with beans or Fagiolini Pasta is a dish that is used as a staple in every Italian household. This came from ancient times since the ingredients were simple, cheap, and filling.
There are more recipes for Fagiolini Pasta than stars in the sky. Everybody makes it differently and each will swear that there’s is the best. Usually, it is more dependent on what is available in the market in a certain area. The one standard is that each has two necessary ingredients. One type of pasta and two some type of beans, beyond that it is the choice of the cook and what to add like the Italian sausage in our recipe. Other options to add are celery, carrots, tomatoes, tomato paste, onion, garlic, and all contain olive oil. Meat can be sausage, bacon, pancetta, or ground beef. We hope you like this version and don’t be afraid to throw in other ingredients that your family loves.
