Grill some vegetables alongside your chicken for a very healthy meal.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place chicken on the grill for 7-8 minutes. Cover the grill lip over and cook an additional 7-8 minutes or until no pink remains and chicken reaches 165°F. Rest 3-5 minutes before slicing.

Cover the grill and let the chicken cook for 5-7 minutes, then use tongs to flip the breasts over. Grill for 5-7 minutes longer. For best results, pull out your thermometer. A fully cooked chicken breast will reach a temperature of 165°.
