The Air Fryer, an increasingly popular kitchen tool, sits on your countertop and works like a miniature convection oven. Hot air is continuously circulated around whatever food you’ve added to the machine’s cooking basket.

Air Fryer Baked Sweet Potato - Air Fryer Recipes
Our Air Fryer Baked Sweet Potato recipe results in a sweet potato baked to perfection! I’m potato obsessed! I could eat potatoes with every meal if that was a healthy option just to eat potatoes, ALL DAY EVERYDAY! My husband and our daughter also share a love for potatoes, so we have our fair share of them throughout the week.

7. Air Fryer Whole Roasted Chicken with Vegetables

Air Fryer WW Roasted Chicken recipe
A staple in our house is the rotisserie chickens you can buy in your local supermarket. I use them for everything from salads to tacos and more. They usually come in a variety of flavors and are absolutely delicious but it is kind of a pain to have to run out to get one when the urge strikes.

So, I played around a bit and was excited that I could cook a whole chicken in my air fryer and get that same crispy outside with such moist inside! While you can change out the flavors to make it your own, I opted for a lemon pepper flavor for this recipe because that is the one I love from our local store.

8. AIR FRYER ASPARAGUS

Air Fryer Asparagus
My husband. The genius. So he’s been home for two days now. Two. Whole. Days. And I’ve made Air Fryer Bacon Asparagus. Twice. When I asked what his favorite part was – did he say the bacon? Nope. The crispy ends. Not the bacon? Really? It was so simple really. Why didn’t I think of it? Crispy ends.

Crispy Breaded Pork Chops in the Air Fryer
These Crispy Boneless Breaded Pork Chops come out moist on the inside and crispy on the outside! An easy air fryer recipe that takes only 12 minutes to cook. The flavor was the same, so if you don’t have an air fryer, you can make these in the oven. These cooked much quicker than they do in the oven. But the downside is it fits 3 at a time.

10. Air Fryer Chicken Wings

Air Fryer Chicken Wings
Cooking wings…real wings…in the air-fryer reduces fat, calories, WW points but not the flavor. These are SKIN ON wings so the points will be higher than skinless chicken. It’s ok. You’re not trying to become a diet hermit who just eats sprouts while doing goat yoga. You can eat real food. You can enjoy the company of others who just want to spend time with you and not hear about why you can only eat carrots and cottage cheese on your latest diet. EAT REAL FOOD… just be healthy doing it.

11. Air Fryer Blooming Onion

Air Fryer Blooming Onion
This leaner version of the popular restaurant appetizer skips the deep fryer in favor of the air fryer. Onion “petals” are dredged with seasoned flour—featuring an alluring hint of smoked paprika—coated with egg wash, and given a final dusting of a flour-cornmeal mixture before cooking to crispy perfection. You can use either a regular white or yellow onion, which will be more pungent, or a sweet onion (such as Vidalia or Walla Walla), which will taste mellow. The horseradish in the accompanying dipping sauce gives it some punch.

12. Air Fryer Potato-Crusted Fish Fillets

Air Fryer Potato-Crusted Fish Fillets - Air Fryer Recipes
Mild, family-friendly tilapia fillets are slathered with herbed mayonnaise, dredged in instant potato flakes, and air-fried until crispy on the outside and perfectly flaky and moist inside. Be sure to choose fillets no larger than six ounces each; any larger, and you’ll probably be unable to fit two in the air fryer together. The potato flakes are a smart gluten-free breading option and a great pantry staple to keep on hand. Other than breading fish fillets as with this recipe, you can also use the flakes to bind meatballs or meatloaf or to thicken soups and sauces.

13. Air Fryer Spaghetti Squash

Spaghetti Squash
We should open our minds to adding a previously tedious to make zero-point veggies…spaghetti squash! I can’t sing the praises of this versatile squash enough. So easy it doesn’t even warrant a “recipe” but I’m adding it here so you can print it out

14. Air Fryer Funnel Cakes

Air Fryer Funnel Cakes
Our two-ingredient dough—made from self-rising flour and Greek yogurt—is the starting point for these easy funnel cakes. The dough gets a flavor boost with a little vanilla extract and cinnamon, then is shaped into long, skinny ropes that snake around each other to replicate the shape of a classic funnel cake. A quick turn in the air fryer makes them crispy on the outside, with a wonderfully chewy interior. A generous dusting of powdered sugar is the perfect finishing touch. If you don’t have an air fryer, you can bake the funnel cakes at 375°F for 5 to 8 minutes.

15. Coconut Shrimp with Mango Dipping Sauce

Cooking these shrimp in an air fryer ensures they’ll be crisp and crunchy in no time at all. As a side, spice up thick slices of pineapple with a dusting of black pepper and ground cinnamon. Surprising and great together for 0 Smart Points.

Maple Sausage Sunnies
But what about an air fryer? Could we create a Weggo level breakfast but still keep the integrity of that gorgeous yolk? Enter the air fryer….oh my lovely air fryer. My Air Fryer came with a shallow baking pan for making cakes, cornbread, anything else that can’t go directly into the perforated basket.

Southern-Style Fried Chicken
Buttermilk makes our chicken tender, a just-right seasoning blend adds extra zing, and the air fryer brings the crispy. Fried chicken demands coleslaw! Use packaged coleslaw mix, a splash of vinegar, a sprinkling of chopped fresh parsley, salt and pepper to taste, and a big dollop of plain fat-free yogurt for richness and tang (all for 0 SmartPoints).

Russet potatoes are the best choice for air fryer fries. Cut them into scant1/2-inch-thick sticks to make sure they turn out crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, just the way we like them.

Though these are made in an air-fryer, you can also bake them in a regular oven. Omit the seeds from the jalapenos if you prefer less heat.

Candied Bacon
On a glorious and beautiful Sunday afternoon, we attended the bridal shower of literally Kc’s oldest friend. Andrew (or Andy Poo as we liked to call him) was only a few months old when we moved in next door, Kc was just shy of two. The mom is my accountability-buddy Karen and I was honored to attend her soon to be daughter in law’s special day this week.
